Super Green Kale Smoothie

MMMmmmm Kale. Am I right? Sometimes I am, and this is one of those times. Simply delish.

Made with Protein2050 Mealworm or Cricket Flour
Includes 6g insect protein
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups almond or non-dairy milk
3 medium kale leaves with ribs removed
1/2 cup or a handful baby spinach
2 tablespoons (24g) Mealworm or Cricket Flour
3-4 whole dates, pitted
1 small frozen banana


Directions:

In a blender, or other small appliance that will do the trick, blend ingredients on high until smooth and go baby go! Go green that is! ENJOY!

*Note: This recipe tastes just fine with more Protein2050 for those who prefer a higher amount. Simply double up the protein. 4 tablespoons = 12g protein. I do suggest starting with 2 first and take it from there.
